T-115B Sulfurized Calcium Alkyl Phenolate
DESCRIPTION
This product has excellent detergency under high temperature, strong acid-neutralizing ability, and certain antioxidant & antirust property and abrasion resistance; it has notable piston top ring carbon deposition control. It’s high in soap content, with good alkalinity retention and better water-separating property. It has good compatibility with sulphonates, alkyl salicylates, naphthenates, succimide ashless detergent, ZDDP etc, resulting in good additive synergy effect. It’s mainly used in blending marine cylinder oil & medium-to-high grade internal-combustion engine oil.
REFERENCE DOSAGE
The reference dosage in oil products is from 0.5% to 4.0%

STORAGE
The product should be packed, marked, stored, transported and accepted on delivery according to SH/T0164. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ºC. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive. For long term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45 ºC.
